Job summary

HCLTech seeks a Governance Team – Technical Project Manager to lead complex enterprise projects across TRIS and Enterprise Cloud. You will drive program delivery, manage dependencies, and coordinate across engineering, architecture, and product stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication, and proven ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining rigorous delivery discipline and governance

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex technical projects in an enterprise environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Ability to develop and maintain project documentation (plans, timelines, RAID logs, status reports).
• Comfort in ambiguous environments while driving clarity and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of special projects and Enterprise Top Programs (ETPs) for TRIS teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with TRIS and Enterprise Cloud teams to ensure cross-team collaboration and delivery.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues; drive mitigation strategies and escalation as needed.
