Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a highly talented Technical Program Manager with 12+ years of IT experience and 5+ years in TPM to drive cloud-native programs using Java and GCP. You will manage large engineering teams, oversee production support, and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate has a strong software engineering foundation, cloud expertise, and proven ability to deliver complex enterprise applications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Proven experience managing cloud-native programs on GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud-native programs and strategic initiatives.
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigations.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
• Oversee production support, incident management, and on-call operations.
• Collaborate with leaders, customers, architects, and product teams.
