Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong writing, storytelling, and strategic communication skills with ability to produce audience-specific content for complex initiatives.
• Experience translating technical information into accessible communications for broad stakeholder groups.
• Experience in communication planning, messaging frameworks, and digital content management for technology initiatives.
• Proficiency in editing and proofreading with strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities, and deliver good customer service.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse groups and handle sensitive information smoothly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and content management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage enterprise change management plans.
• Translate technical information into audience-specific messaging and monitor effectiveness.
• Direct technology services awareness campaigns and user education initiatives.
• Develop and execute technology adoption plans aligned with milestones and training resources.
• Coordinate communications across product and service lifecycles and stakeholders.
• Create templates and content with URM to ensure timely, culturally aligned messaging.
