Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• Configure Maximo and its mobile application using various languages.
• Facilitate workshops, technical reviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Assist in planning, road mapping, and analyzing technology components for vendor support and cybersecurity compliance.
• Maintain and support applications, including Maximo Asset Management.
• Report critical issues, troubleshoot client problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Conduct incident triage, remediation, root cause analysis, and recommend preventive actions.
• Strengthen business relationships and communications, lead discussions, and proactively raise issues.
