Job summary

Consolidated Edison Company of New York seeks a Department Manager for Maximo within Work Management Solutions Delivery. You will lead a team responsible for strategy, delivery, and evolution of Maximo and related work management solutions, aligning with ETS architecture, cybersecurity, and data governance.

The role oversees requirements, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and transition to support, while partnering with stakeholders to drive value and maintain enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years full-time relevant work experience or
• Master's Degree and a minimum of 6 years full-time relevant work experience
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or Decision Sciences with 10+ years leading enterprise delivery

Responsibilities

• Directs and leads the Maximo team through planning, delivery, and ongoing support of enterprise work management and asset management solutions
• Establishes and manages the Maximo roadmap to align with business needs
• Leads capabilities through requirements gathering, design, configuration or development, testing, and deployment
• Partners with stakeholders to set priorities and align solutions with operational needs
• Manages budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and vendor relationships
• Builds a high-performing team of managers, analysts, developers, and project staff
• Ensures Maximo complies with architecture, cybersecurity, data management and lifecycle standards
• Coordinates with managed services for transition to ongoing support
