Job summary

InAir is a fully remote consulting firm specializing in Airtable and low-code workflows, partnering with mid-sized to large enterprises across the US and beyond.

You will own the client relationship from discovery through delivery, design scalable data models and architectures, and govern projects to ensure success at enterprise scale. You’ll focus on configuration and system structure while coordination with internal engineers ensures smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Shipped working systems in relational, low-code, or operations platforms.
• Deep understanding of relational database principles and schema design.
• Proven experience running client meetings, managing scope and multiple projects.
• Ownership mindset and accountability across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead client sessions to map workflows and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Architect data models, relational schemas, automated workflows, and enterprise-scale interfaces.
• Build and configure solutions directly, owning core system structure (no code from scratch).
• Own scope, milestones, status reports, and timelines across a portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Audit and improve existing architectures to make them cleaner, faster, and scalable.
