Job summary

PNC is seeking a Strategy & Planning Advisor to operate at the enterprise level and partner with senior leaders across business, finance, and technology. Based across multiple locations including Pittsburgh, Dallas, and other hubs, the role focuses on prioritization, investment decisions, and ensuring alignment across divisions.

The position involves coordinating portfolio routines, providing transparency, and enabling effective governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience in strategy & planning, with strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex initiatives and present clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Supports strategic enterprise initiatives to understand, analyze, recommend and deliver strategy and planning solutions.
• Supports team in providing expertise to create the definition, understanding and framing of complex business initiatives.
• Executes advanced planning, analysis, solution development and presentation for strategic initiatives. Ensures quality and accuracy of data elements relative to the initiatives.
• Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Develops and delivers structured and compelling presentations to highlight key findings and makes recommendations to key decision makers within the company.
• Collaborates with the line of business and/or multiple line of businesses to implement recommended strategic solutions.
