Tory Burch is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders from IT, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Buying, Planning, Retail Operations, Ecommerce, Marketing, and Talent to deliver high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in strategy and project management, ideally in retail/fashion.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous problems and develop frameworks for alignment across the organization.
• Conduct analyses and synthesize insights from multiple sources to test hypotheses.
• Lead select enterprise projects end‑to‑end with sponsors and cross‑functional teams.
• Communicate with senior leaders and build trust across the organization.
• Define project workplans and governance forums for key initiatives.
• Support business case development and prioritization decisions based on impact.
• Track value realization for projects in execution.
