Job summary

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport seeks a Senior Enterprise Solutions Partner to serve as the strategic interface across the Enterprise for collecting business technology needs, solution discovery, service management, risk management, and executive-level relationship management.

You will translate strategic objectives into executable program roadmaps, lead discovery sessions with internal partners, and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and interoperable with adjacent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of experience with business process analysis and improvement and at least two years in consultative engagement with internal business partners.
• Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting and advisory support for key technology initiatives; facilitate discovery, stakeholder interviews, and co-creation sessions with internal business partners.
• Lead solutioning by determining suitable technology and/or vendor; analyze value, TCO, ROI, risk, and compatibility with adjacent platforms.
• Develop program roadmaps with milestones, stage-gates, and acceptance criteria; manage timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Operations, Finance, and Procurement to ensure holistic delivery and lifecycle ownership of solutions.
