Ashby is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineering Manager to lead and scale a team that guides large organizations through deep technical evaluations and aligns Ashby’s capabilities with enterprise hiring workflows.

You will shape the enterprise SE motion, hire and coach top talent, and partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and customer value. A strategic, high-impact leadership role in a fast-growing SaaS company.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or mentoring Solutions Engineers in complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise SaaS sales motions.
• Ability to partner with Sales Leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders (CS, Product, Implementation) to influence strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high‑performing Enterprise SE team focused on strategic deals.
• Drive excellence in enterprise deal execution with demos, POCs, trials, and RFPs across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Build scalable systems, processes and enablement (POC frameworks, RFP playbooks, competitive playbooks) to improve velocity and outcomes.
