About The Role

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will partner with Account Executives to showcase Cresta’s capabilities to potential customers. Your role involves providing technical insights, conducting demos, managing validation activities, and developing business cases during the sales cycle. You will liaise between sales, customers, and technical teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements and translating them into technical needs.
  2. Partner with Account Executives to understand customer challenges.
  3. Lead discovery calls and deliver product demos to demonstrate value.
  4. Share insights from your experience to help improve customer contact centers.
  5. Drive adoption through training during proof-of-value phases.
  6. Translate use cases into technical solutions and ROI.
  7. Deliver engaging product demos to excite prospects.
  8. Conduct ROI workshops to build business cases.
  9. Provide feedback to product management based on field experiences.
Qualifications We Value
  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles, with 1-3 years in technical pre-sales for enterprises.
  • Experience with Conversational AI or CCaaS.
  • Highly organized and professional work ethic.
  • Strong presentation and demo skills, with attention to detail.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and quick to learn new technologies.
  • Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and contact center tech is a plus.
