Job summary

Sanity.io is seeking a Staff Solutions Engineer to own the full pre-sales journey for enterprise deals, from strategy to onboarding. You’ll work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Engagement, shaping the technical narrative and driving complex demos.

You’ll mentor other SEs, build enablement materials, and influence the roadmap while engaging Fortune 500 clients and strategic partners in a fast-moving AI content operations environment.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to Fortune 500 accounts and cross-functional decision-makers up to C-level.
• Exceptional communication skills; explain complex architecture to execs and urgent business problems to engineers.
• Proven discovery skills: lead rooms, uncover pain, map to a path forward.
• Familiarity with CMS and content operations; curiosity about how AI fits in.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead complex demos for enterprise prospects and strategic partners that win deals.
• Own the technical narrative in rooms from C-suite to engineering sessions.
• Educate customers on Sanity's platform at an advanced level: capabilities, philosophy, and scale.
• Guide customers through RFPs, architecture reviews, and proofs of concept with confidence.
• Build and maintain showcase implementations and enablement programs.
• Share deep engineering expertise across complex verticals and troubleshoot.
• Represent strategic customer requirements directly to product and engineering, and influence the roadmap as a result.
• Mentor the broader SE team and raise the bar for technical excellence across the org.
