Job summary

Connection is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to translate customer business and technical requirements into scalable ATC configurations for the TIDC. You will partner with customers, account teams, vendors, and operations to define deployment strategies for complex technology solutions.

This role covers enterprise networking, security, cloud-managed infrastructure, data center tech, compute, and automation. It requires leadership in standardization and ongoing service development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/Network Engineering or related field.
• Experience as a Technical Solutions Architect or similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to translate requirements into executable solution methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, security, and cloud infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify business objectives, requirements, and constraints.
• Translate requirements into ATC-deliverable solutions and service offerings.
• Develop deployment methodologies, standards, and workflows for execution teams.
• Evaluate feasibility across networking, security, cloud, compute, and data center technologies.
• Create and maintain reference architectures, deployment standards, and documentation.
• Serve as a technical advisor during engagements, workshops, and design reviews.
