Our direct client, a national retail leader, is rebuilding its Enterprise Architecture function—and we’re looking for an architect who’s not just a builder, but a business-savvy strategist.

This isn’t about sitting in a silo. It’s about helping shape the future of tech at one of the country’s most beloved consumer brands.

• Help establish core EA foundations—from app inventory to integration with ServiceNow
• Own and evolve a Tech Debt Register that’s not just a tracker but a strategic tool to drive smarter decisions and reduce risk across the enterprise
• Architect future-state roadmaps and cross-functional strategies (Security, Data, Integration, and more)
• Contribute to major digital transformation initiatives across ecommerce, loyalty, personalization, and more
• Be a voice of influence—not just with your technical expertise, but your ability to lead without authority
• Experience designing enterprise-scale architectures (bonus if you’ve touched Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or Manhattan)
• Cloud fluency (GCP or Azure preferred)
• A knack for making sense of complexity—and bringing others along with you
• Strong communication skills and self-drive (this is a lean team; you won’t be micromanaged)
