Job summary

Peys is seeking a senior, client-facing AI blueprint lead to embed with clients, map workflows, model ROI, and design the systems we ship.

You’ll operate on-site or deeply embedded remotely, learning how the client runs, translating needs into a technical brief for the engineering team, and presenting to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture
• Experience bridging business strategy and technical implementation
• Strong understanding of AI systems, APIs, databases, and enterprise software ecosystems
• Exceptional communication skills — explain complex systems to non-technical executives
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity — clients don’t always know what they need yet

Responsibilities

• Lead Custom AI Blueprint engagements — discovery sessions, workflow mapping, ROI modeling, and system design
• Act as the primary client contact throughout the engagement
• Produce detailed technical specs for engineering to build from
• Present findings and recommendations to VP- and C-suite stakeholders
• Monitor deployed systems post-launch to ensure ROI model performance

Lead Custom AI Blueprint engagements end-to-end — embed inside the client, map every workflow, build the ROI model, and design the systems we ship.

About the role

You'll be the person who goes on-site (or deeply embedded remotely) with clients, learns how their operation actually runs, identifies where AI provides real leverage, and translates that into the technical brief the engineering team builds from. This is a senior, client-facing role at the intersection of strategy and technical design.

What you'll do

• Lead Custom AI Blueprint engagements — deep discovery sessions, workflow mapping, ROI modeling, and technical system design
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the engagement
• Produce detailed technical specs that engineering can build from without ambiguity
• Present findings and recommendations to VP- and C-suite stakeholders
• Stay close to deployed systems post-launch to ensure they're performing against the ROI model

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture
• Experience bridging business strategy and technical implementation
• Strong understanding of AI systems, APIs, databases, and enterprise software ecosystems

Nice to have

• Management consulting or Big 4 background
