Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, application support, or enterprise platform administration.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks, data privacy regulations, and security standards.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery models.
• SS DLC knowledge and related methodologies.
• Experience managing backlogs and supporting sprint planning in Agile environments.
• Proficiency with documentation tools (Visio, Lucidchart, LeanIX) and process modeling.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Systems Analysis & Technical Requirements – Analyze and document system-level requirements and specifications.
• Platform Ownership & Optimization – Monitor performance and drive improvements for uptime and scalability.
• Backlog Management & Prioritization – Own and prioritize backlog items for multiple sources.
• Technical Documentation & Support – Maintain configurations and guidance for internal teams.
• Data Analysis & Reporting – Use SQL and scripting tools to extract and report data.
• Leadership & Continuous Improvement – Mentor teammates and support strategic IT initiatives.
• Security, Compliance & Risk Mitigation – Ensure alignment with security policies and governance.
