As an Enterprise SE, you’ll partner with strategic account executives and account managers to understand enterprise customer needs and design smart, scalable communication solutions. Your technical expertise, business acumen, and consultative approach will be key to helping organisations unlock the full potential of RingCentral’s UCaaS + CCaaS + AI platform.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with sales to deliver tailored, high-impact demos and presentations for enterprise prospects
• Analyse complex business and technical requirements to design comprehensive UCaaS and CCaaS solutions
• Provide deep product expertise, especially in RingCentral Contact Center, integrations, APIs, and AI capabilities
• Act as the technical voice of the customer, guiding discovery, solution design, and technical validation
• Lead proof-of-concept and pilot deployments, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder buy-in
• Stay current on the latest trends in cloud communications, contact center, and AI to advise customers strategically
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Professional Service to deliver seamless solutions and feedback
Desired Qualifications:
• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solution Architect role, preferably in SaaS or cloud communications
• Proven experience supporting enterprise customers with complex requirements
• Strong knowledge of UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP and cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with contact center platforms (e.g., NICE, Genesys, Five9)
• Understanding of how AI/ML technologies are being applied in customer experience, contact centers, and automation
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead technical conversations with CIOs, IT teams, and business stakeholders alike
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and integrating third-party applications is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
