New Vision Softcom & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to drive architectural excellence across multiple product portfolios in a remote US context.

The role requires navigating both C-suite discussions and deep technical reviews, linking business vision with robust architectural solutions. You will support cloud-native, web-based systems, APIs, and microservices while influencing architectural decisions at scale across varied programs.

Qualifications

• Enterprise architecture background is a must; able to interact with technical teams and business leadership.
• Deep experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (ArchiMate, TOGAF, BPMN, UML).
• Proven track record designing solutions in distributed, microservices, cloud deployments.

Responsabilités

• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures using cloud-native patterns.
• Lead architecture design for large-scale software platforms aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into specs.
• Define current-state and future-state architectures using ArchiMate/TOGAF.
• Evaluate tools and processes to ensure high-quality product platforms.
• Identify issues early and present actionable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the development team.
• Stay updated on trends and advancements in relevant technologies.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and operations throughout the lifecycle.
• Address concerns and provide architectural insights during planning.
• Advise on software development best practices and code quality.

We are seeking a strategic, experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to drive architectural excellence, innovate across multiple product portfolios and business units. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently navigate from C-suite discussions to deep technical reviews - connecting business vision with robust technical solutions.

You will be part of a technology organization that builds modern, scalable, and distributed applications including cloud-native solutions, web-based systems, APIs, and microservices. This role will support multiple strategic programs across the organization and influence key architectural decisions at scale.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures using cloud-native patterns and distributed systems design.
• Lead architecture and solution design for large-scale, complex software platforms aligned with firm business goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user and system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Define current-state and future-state architectures using enterprise modeling frameworks (e.g., ArchiMate, TOGAF).
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platforms.
• Proactive approach is identifying issues and presenting solutions and options, driving appropriate resolution.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the development team.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in technologies suitable for the platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams across the software development lifecycle.
• Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions, and provide architectural insights during project planning and execution phases.
• Provide guidance and advice on ensuring software development best practices and code quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Passion for solving business problems, rather than for technologies.
• Enterprise architecture background is a must. Strong ability to interact with both technical teams and business leadership (architect-level capability), traversing the organization and translating business strategy into practical solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise-level architecture, with a background in application development.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., ArchiMate, TOGAF, BPMN, UML) and tools.
• Experience designing solutions in distributed systems, microservices, and integration-heavy environments.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-deployment strategies.
• Experience working on large-scale projects and large companies. Experience with either organization-level programs, service line or division-level programs and involving multiple teams.
• Understand long-term business objectives and suggest technical strategies to meet those objectives by introducing new or improving existing technology.
• Proven ability to manage multiple products or streams in parallel without losing architectural coherence. Self-management.
• Communication: Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions.
