Job summary

ENFOS, Inc. is seeking a Software Technical Support Specialist to join the Customer Success team in Chicago, IL. You will master the ENFOS platform and provide Tier II/III support for system admins and superusers at large industrial sites.

You’ll analyze issues, create durable resolutions, and build dashboards using Power BI and Excel to support audit-compliance reporting; collaborations span QA, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with finance/accounting concepts and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert Tier II/III customer support for ENFOS platform.
• Analyze, debug, document, and resolve complex issues end-to-end.
• Build dashboards/reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Collaborate with QA, Product, Engineering and Customer Success.
• Contribute to knowledge base and end-user documentation.
