BrainRidge Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions in a FinTech context. You will translate complex requirements into detailed specifications and support Agile delivery teams throughout the lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate with sponsors, product owners, and developers, ensuring clear requirements and smooth QA/deployments. Strong SQL, data mapping, and UML skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of business systems analysis or related consulting experience.
• Strong grasp of software development concepts and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Expertise in SQL querying, data mapping, and ETL process design.
• Proficiency in interpreting and creating sequence flows, UML diagrams, and architecture documents.
• Experience with REST API integrations and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Jira or other Agile project management tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business sponsors, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and systems requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, technical documentation, and clear user stories for Agile delivery teams.
• Act as the primary product liaison for QA and deployment teams, ensuring seamless handoffs, clear requirements, and on-time testing cycles.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, advocating for user needs while balancing project constraints and delivery goals.
• Define and drive the intake process for code deployments, creating scalable workflows that streamline stakeholder requests and improve release governance.
• Maintain 100% SIT environment readiness and parity with production, enabling successful deployments and minimizing deployment rollbacks.
• Write complex SQL queries to validate data, perform analysis, and support ETL or API integrations.
• Conduct data mapping within databases, tables, and between APIs to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Utilize sequence flows, UML, and architecture diagrams to visualize system interactions and dependencies.
• Partner with architects and developers to validate designs, ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to architectural guidelines.
