Role Overview

We’re looking for an exceptional Sales Onboarding Partner based in the USA who will own the post-sale onboarding experience for our clients. This person will be the bridge between the sales team and the delivery teams, ensuring every client starts their journey with confidence, clarity, and momentum.

The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator, deeply understands digital marketing, and has a proven sales background. You know how to make a client feel heard, respected, and set up for success — from the very first call.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process once a client makes a purchase
  • Conduct kickoff calls to understand client goals, expectations, and campaign priorities
  • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring all deliverables and timelines are communicated clearly
  • Leverage your deep understanding of digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, funnels, analytics, etc.) to guide clients on what to expect
  • Translate sales promises into actionable onboarding steps and delivery briefs
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent client experience
  • Flag potential client risks early and proactively recommend solutions
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records in CRM
  • Provide feedback to improve onboarding workflows, client satisfaction, and retention rates

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–8 years of experience in client onboarding, customer success, or sales enablement
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (paid ads, social media, content, funnels, analytics, etc.)
  • Prior experience in sales or sales support
  • Based in the USA (this is a must)
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a proactive problem-solver
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, or similar CRM/project management tools
