Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree with 6+ years, or 11+ years experience in lieu of education.
• Experience leading software engineering teams and enterprise programs.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and cloud-native development.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages software engineering teams and strategic development projects.
• Defines technical vision, development strategy, and architectural direction.
• Oversees task planning, resource allocation, and project execution.
• Recruits, mentors, and develops engineering talent through performance management.
• Fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Collaborates with executive stakeholders to align software initiatives with organizational strategy.
• Ensures delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing software systems.
• Supports succession planning and team growth through structured development plans.
