Job summary

VSC Fire & Security is hiring for an Enterprise Account Manager to lead relationships with Enterprise customers in the Southeast region. You will create, distribute, and bill orders to meet service agreements while coordinating expectations and ensuring high service quality.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication and sales skills, and the ability to manage schedules and code-related requirements. Excellent OT eligibility is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industry-related experience with strong communication and sales skills.
• Analytical, planning, and leadership skills with attention to detail and conflict resolution.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Create, distribute, and bill incoming orders from Enterprise customers to meet service agreements.
• Serve as a direct point of contact and manage customer relations for Enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate scheduling, building code requirements, and internal/external customer expectations.

• Excellent pay of $18.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience and overtime eligibility.
