Job summary

Erias Ventures is seeking a Database Engineer to help the client develop data management capabilities and ensure compliance with data policies and standards.

The role requires extensive experience in database design, development, and governance, including relational and non-relational databases, with a focus on delivering secure, scalable data solutions for mission-critical programs.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years' experience as a DBE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of DBE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases to include Oracle, Postgres, Mongo and Redis. Experience with SQL and the associated tools (SQL Developer, etc…)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data management strategies.
• Coordinate and supervise data management efforts.
• Design, develop, and update strategic plans for data governance and compliance.

Description

We are seeking a Database Engineer that will helping the client develop and implement data management and be responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and supervising efforts and designing, developing, and updating a strategic plan to manage data and compliance to the related policies and standards.

• Support the development of long and short-term requirements for database administration and design.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance (within 7 years) is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience
