Job summary

Gecko Robotics is seeking an Enterprise Security Engineer to build and operate shared systems that protect people, devices, applications, and sensitive data. You will sit within InfoSec Engineering and partner with IT Engineering to secure workforce endpoints, identity, SaaS governance, and enterprise detections.

Our goal is to reduce friction by solving security and technology problems so teams work faster within compliant, trustworthy boundaries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Enterprise Security Engineering or related hands-on role.
• Experience deploying and managing endpoint security and EDR in production.
• Experience securing IAM ecosystems (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management).
• Experience evaluating SaaS, OAuth, and enterprise security controls.
• Experience with regulated data (CUI, HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2).
• Strong configuration, troubleshooting, and ownership of security workflows.
• Ability to balance security/compliance with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and operate endpoint-management, device-compliance, browser-security, and EDR controls.
• Own identity security and governance for SaaS, OAuth, and access policies.
• Create usable paths for approved AI tooling while protecting data and compliance.
• Translate requirements into configurations and workflows with IT Engineering.
• Develop enterprise detections, evaluate alerts, lead incident response and remediation.
• Collaborate with Product Security, Cloud Infra, IT, and Facilities on security concerns.
• Govern adoption of AI tools and emerging workplace tech, ensuring security and privacy.
• Travel up to 20% to Gecko offices and locations as needed.
