Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Security Architecture to lead security engagements across industries, shaping architecture standards and governance. You will translate complex findings into executive-ready recommendations and guide Zero Trust and cloud security initiatives while mentoring teams and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field with ~5+ years relevant experience; or graduate degree with ~4+ years experience.
• Experience in enterprise security architecture assessments and future-state design.
• Experience with network security architecture including segmentation and secure access.
• Experience with cloud security across AWS/Azure/GCP (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Experience with Identity and access management, Zero Trust, and privileged access design.
• Experience with secure SDLC, DevSecOps, data protection, encryption and DLP.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001/27002, CIS.
• Experience supporting client-facing architecture engagements and executive reporting.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security architecture engagements across industries.
• Oversee security architecture assessments and future-state design initiatives.
• Guide clients through architecture standards, governance, and security patterns.
• Collaborate with CISOs and executives to translate findings into prioritized recommendations.
• Provide hands-on direction for Zero Trust, cloud security design, and DevSecOps.
• Manage engagement workstreams and mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants.
• Support business development, proposals, and client presentations.
