Job summary

AEG Worldwide seeks a highly skilled Security Architect to lead secure architecture design across cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid environments. You will collaborate with IT, venues, and development teams to embed security into enterprise solutions and reduce risk.

The role requires deep technical expertise, enterprise‑grade design experience, and solid business acumen to drive secure practices in a complex, distributed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience designing and securing enterprise solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid.
• Experience with identity and access management, network segmentation, encryption, logging and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain security architecture standards, reference architectures and design patterns across cloud, infrastructure, network, endpoint, identity and applications.
• Define secure architecture principles supporting segmentation, IAM, and secure access to resources.
• Ensure new technologies are designed with security in mind and align with risk/compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, Venue, Infrastructure, DevOps and PMO to align security requirements with initiatives.
• Lead security architecture reviews and provide risk-based recommendations for new technologies and major changes.
