Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Enterprise Security Architect to embed security across data pathways, identity flows, networks, and cloud control planes. You will design security solutions for clients with complex needs, guiding architecture from risk assessment to deployment.

You will translate designs into practical architectures for network and application deployments, advise on technologies, and help shape enterprise security maturity across multiple projects with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of experience in security architecture or security design.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale secure cloud or hybrid architectures and developing architecture documents such as diagrams, models, SSPs, and data flows.
• Experience with data security engineering, including DLP, encryption at rest and in transit, and tokenization.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures, NIST SP 800-53 or 800-207, and secure engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Design security solutions for clients with complex network, platform, and data-protection needs.
• Define, enhance, implement, and maintain security solutions across networks and technology platforms.
• Apply risk modeling and secure design methodologies to develop tailored controls and roadmaps.
• Advise on security technologies and communicate security complexities to teams and management.
• Assess current-state environments, identify gaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and build maturity roadmaps.
