Job summary

IPolarity LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a Lead UI Architect to define and drive front-end architecture for enterprise-grade web applications. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, solution design, and mentoring to ensure scalable, secure, and performant UI across products.

You will lead React-based front-end frameworks, implement micro-frontend design, and collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps.

Qualifications

12+ years of software engineering experience with 8+ years focused on UI/front-end development.
3+ years of experience in UI Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technical Leadership roles.
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale applications in the Banking domain.
Implemented Agentic AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the front-end architecture strategy for enterprise-grade web applications.
Lead architecture decisions across multiple products and platforms.
Mentor and coach project teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Define reusable components model using ReactJS with modular, scalable, and performant design.
Ensure performance, security, accessibility (WCAG), and maintainability of UI solutions.
Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and manage state with Redux.
Champion CI/CD practices, Docker-based deployments, and cloud services.
