Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience managing enterprise programs in the Salesforce ecosystem with cross-functional delivery.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Salesforce Roadmap: translate strategic objectives into structured programs, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Drive cross-enterprise alignment across business lines and functional teams to maximize enterprise impact.
• Lead program governance and collaboration: facilitate working sessions and decision forums with senior stakeholders.
• Manage platform and vendor relationships: support vendor onboarding, negotiations, and delivery oversight.
• Ensure operational excellence: oversee planning, risk, resourcing, and delivery tracking with compliance and security focus.
• Communicate with executives: prepare executive updates and dashboards with progress and risk visibility.
