ADP seeks an Up Market Client Corporate Sales Manager for Smart Compliance to cultivate executive-level relationships with National Account employers over 1,000. You will sell Smart Compliance services, coordinate with internal partners, and forecast pipeline using CRM/SFA, with up to 30% travel.

The role emphasizes meeting/exceeding sales goals, developing annual plans, and collaborating with Sales, Service and Implementation teams to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5 years HCM industry sales experience.
• Enterprise client sales expansion experience.

Responsibilities

• Call on Up-Market Accounts (>$1,000) to develop opportunities for ADP Smart Compliance.
• Meet or exceed 100% of assigned sales, revenue and product goals.
• Maintain high activity with cold calls and self-generated meetings.
• Develop annual business plan and account plans for prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare a 120-day prospective business report identifying opportunities to close accounts.
• Expand client sources via various channels and client seminars.
• Increase knowledge of ADP products vs competitors.
