Job summary

Five9 seeks an Enterprise Sales Director to drive revenue in the Southeast, with emphasis on Georgia and the Atlanta area. This individual contributor role closes large enterprise deals, builds a robust pipeline, and leverages channel partners to accelerate wins.

The candidate will work remotely within the US, meeting quarterly quotas and owning full-cycle sales. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in contact center or CRM sales, experience selling to C-level executives, and a proven hunter-closer

Qualifications

• 7+ years of outside enterprise contact center software or CRM sales experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience selling to C-level executives.
• Proven track record of sales excellence and closing complex deals.
• Existing relationships within enterprise channels.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage revenue within Southeast region, focusing on Georgia and Atlanta.
• Build and accelerate pipeline using channel partners and referrals.
• Generate opportunities through networking and coordinated efforts with a BDR.
• Drive brand awareness and lead generation through campaigns and events.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to closure and forecast accurately.
