Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in quota-carrying enterprise sales, 5+ years in leadership, and a proven track record of exceeding targets in complex deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading quota-carrying enterprise/strategic sales teams, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• 10+ years in quota-carrying sales roles with a track record of exceeding targets in complex enterprise deals.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment on GTM strategy.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills with forecasting accuracy and win-rate improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-performance sales execution and exceed targets through strong team leadership and individual contributions.
• Own strategic initiatives across Marketing, Product, RevOps, Enablement, and Solutions Engineering.
• Lead with an executive-level mindset, shaping enterprise scale and addressing risks proactively.
• Coach and develop AEs, establish clear expectations, and manage performance with data-driven feedback.
