Job description

If you're a pro at closing high-stakes deals and love solving big problems with even bigger ideas—we’ve got a seat for you.

We’re on the lookout for a consultative, high-performing sales leader to join our team as Enterprise Sales Director. You’ll drive business development efforts with marquee clients across the public and private sectors—from municipalities and airports to universities and commercial operators.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Hunting & Farming: Identify and develop enterprise accounts with a focus on long-term growth and relationship-building.
  • Solution Selling: Promote a powerful suite of parking and mobility technologies—digital payments, guidance systems, enforcement tools, permits, and analytics platforms.
  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Relationship Management: Build trust with executive-level stakeholders—urban planners, procurement pros, and technology leaders.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and implementation teams to deliver smart, customized solutions that stick.
  • Industry Presence: Be a face of the brand at industry events, conferences, and key customer meetings.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Maintain pipeline health, sales forecasts, and CRM hygiene like a pro.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales or strategic account management
  • Proven ability to close high-value, complex deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Expertise in solution selling, negotiation, and navigating long sales cycles
  • Familiarity with RFPs, public procurement, and municipal contracting
  • CRM fluency and a metrics-driven mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience selling to municipalities, transit agencies, or large real estate portfolios
  • Knowledge of mobility tech, parking solutions, enforcement tools, or LPR systems
  • A passion for cities, sustainability, and smarter transportation ecosystems
  • A knack for working cross-functionally with product, engineering, or implementation teams
