About the Role

We are seeking ambitious, self-driven individuals to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. This is a unique opportunity to develop essential sales skills and contribute to the success of a high-impact organization.

The Opportunity

As an SDR, you will work closely with Business Development Managers to book meetings with decision-makers in key sectors. You’ll focus on generating new business and selling a range of high-impact solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business through cold calls (80%) and marketing lead follow-ups (20%)
  • Book meetings for Business Development Managers with key decision-makers in target sectors, including financial services, corporate, government, professional services, and consulting
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads, meeting KPIs for meeting scheduling (15-20 per month)
  • Continuously improve your product and industry knowledge to better support prospects
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels to meet personal and team objectives
  • Demonstrate high performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Prior sales experience is a plus (internships or post-college sales experience preferred)
  • Ability to cold call, qualify leads, and schedule meetings using phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • A results-driven mentality with a passion for developing new business through a multi-channel approach
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a quick learner who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and remain flexible under pressure
