*This position is available in Arizona, Colorado, and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It is remote with significant travel within the state/surrounding area.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Requires extensive travel (50%-75%) within the USA based on customer needs.
  • Manage relationships with accounts using ManageEngine tools.
  • Collaborate with technical leads on RFPs and support teams for escalations.
  • Responsible for revenue generation.
  • Occasional overlapping work hours with Indian time zone (IST).
Qualifications:
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Support, Sales, or Customer Support roles.
  • Good understanding of ITIL concepts.
Salary and Benefits:

The starting salary is $115,000 plus commission. Zoho offers competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and other perks.
