**This position is available in the following locations: Arizona, Colorado, and Baton Rouge, Louisiana . This position is remote except for ample travel within the state/surrounding area.

Job responsibilities:

  • Please note this position requires extensive travel (50%-75%) within the USA based on customers' needs
  • ManageEngine tools to cultivate and maintain excellent working relationship with selected accounts
  • Work closely with technical leads with regard to filing RFP’s as well as the support teams for any customer escalations
  • Responsible for the revenue output
  • Occasionally accommodate overlapping work hours with Indian time zone (IST)
Qualifications:
  • Willingness to learn, including new technology and industry trends
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in Business Development/Technical Support/Sales/Customer Support role
  • Good understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) concepts
Salary and Benefits:

The starting salary for this position is $115,000 plus commission.
