3M seeks a Risk & Resilience Manager to advance the enterprise risk management program across the company. You will maintain the risk framework, run risk assessments, monitor emerging risks, and prepare governance reports.

You will collaborate with risk owners and stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights, track mitigation actions, and support business resilience planning. This on-site role is based at the 3M Headquarters in Saint Paul, MN with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, business, finance, business continuity, compliance, economics, or administration (completed and verified).
• Five years of experience in enterprise risk management or a related risk function.
• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance platforms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the enterprise risk management framework, including governance routines and reporting processes.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute risk assessments and track mitigation actions.
• Partner with risk owners and stakeholders to report risks and provide insights.
• Analyze risk data and emerging trends to identify themes and changes in risk.
• Prepare risk reporting materials and dashboards for governance forums.
• Support business resilience planning and risk-management IT tools.
