Stealth Talent Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst to support a large state government infrastructure program. You will monitor risks, analyze data and prepare materials for leadership, working with a senior team across legal, finance, engineering and construction in a hybrid, mostly-remote role based near Sacramento.

This full-time W-2 contract runs through February 2027. You bring 3 to 7 years of ERM or audit experience, consulting know‑how, and strong PowerPoint/Excel

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in enterprise risk management, internal or external audit, or risk and controls.
• Consulting or advisory experience.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-through with many stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Run biweekly industry scans using online research and AI tools, and pull the findings into clear themes.
• Review meeting minutes and map them to the existing risk library for reviewer sign-off.
• Track risk submissions from about 20 contributors across email and online tools, and follow up until they're in.
• Prepare agendas, first-draft slides, minutes and speaker notes for executive meetings, then track the follow-ups.
• Handle documentation, data entry and general project support.

We're looking for an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst to join one of our consulting firm clients on a large state government infrastructure program. You'll work under an experienced Senior and alongside senior managers across legal, finance, engineering and construction, helping keep the program's risk picture current and in front of leadership.

What you'll do

• Monitor, analyze and report on enterprise risks across the program
• Run biweekly industry scans using online research and AI tools, and pull the findings into clear themes
• Review meeting minutes and map them to the existing risk library for reviewer sign-off
• Track risk submissions from about 20 contributors across email and online tools, and follow up until they're in
• Prepare agendas, first-draft slides, minutes and speaker notes for executive meetings, then track the follow-ups
• Handle documentation, data entry and general project support (about half the role is coordination and admin)

What you bring

• 3 to 7 years in enterprise risk management, internal or external audit, or risk and controls
• Consulting or advisory experience
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Excellent organization and follow-through with many stakeholders

The details

• Hybrid: mostly remote, with one in-person meeting a month in Sacramento. You must live in the Sacramento area.
