Job summary

Pilot Company invites a motivated student to join our Enterprise Risk Management team in Knoxville, Tennessee, for the summer of 2027. You will support risk initiatives, assist with resiliency planning, and help promote a risk-aware culture across the organization.

The role offers hands-on experience with dashboards, reporting tools, and cross-functional collaboration, under mentor guidance. This in-person internship runs from June 7 to August 13, 2027, at our Knoxville headquarters.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business Management or related field.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization tools is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise risk management initiatives by identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks.
• Assist in resiliency planning, business continuity, and incident response playbooks.
• Analyze and report data using dashboards to provide risk insights for decision-makers.
• Contribute to process improvements in policy compliance and risk reporting.
