Job summary

JCW Group in Charlotte, NC seeks an Enterprise Risk & GRC Manager to lead the day-to-day execution and administration of the ERM framework. The role focuses on risk registers, KRIs, controls, governance, reporting, and GRC systems with hands-on experience in major platforms.

Strong candidates will have 5–8+ years in enterprise risk management or related areas and a track record in insurance or financial services is a plus. This is an on-site role in our Charlotte office.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, GRC, controls, governance, or related risk function.
• Hands-on experience with AuditBoard/Optro or another GRC platform.
• Experience supporting risk registers, KRIs, controls, risk assessments, governance reporting, issue tracking.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day execution and administration of the ERM framework.
• Support governance reporting and GRC system administration.
• Maintain risk registers, KRIs, controls, and issue tracking processes.
