Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Support RCSA control testing, incident reporting, and ERM program execution
• Assist with risk identification, policy review, monitoring, and enterprise‑level reporting
• Partner across business units to strengthen stakeholder relationships and improve risk awareness
• Act as one of the administrators for the GRC toolset and help enhance risk processes

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in risk, audit, compliance, or a related field
• Strong self‑direction, sound risk judgment, and comfort interacting with senior leadership
• Previous experience presenting to committees or working in a face‑off role
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; positive attitude and adaptability are essential
• 4 days on site
