Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking an ERM Analyst to support risk governance, contribute to RAAM/ERMF processes, and provide credible challenge across first and second lines. You will analyze data, prepare risk committee materials, and help automate risk reporting while collaborating with Legal, Internal Audit, and 2LOD to strengthen governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of banking experience preferred.
• Understanding of risk management and regulatory expectations in banking.
• Strong written and verbal communication; discretion with confidential information.
• Analytical, curious, and able to apply policies/regulations.
• General understanding of banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve risk governance frameworks and committee structures.
• Review regulatory expectations and internal policies for alignment.
• Benchmark practices against industry trends and RAAM/ERMF applicability.
• Support RAAM, ERMF, and risk programs (RCSA, BCRA, KRI).
• Prepare risk committee materials and escalate material risks.
• Identify automation and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with Corporate Secretary, Internal Audit, and 2LOD.
