Axos Clearing LLC is seeking an Enterprise Risk Associate to monitor KRIs/KPIs, track enterprise and operational risks, and partner with business units to document controls, issues, and remediation plans. The role supports risk governance through data analysis and board reporting within a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Financial Services or Brokerage Industry
• 2–5 years in Risk Management within Financial Services or Brokerage
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics or finance, or equivalent experience
• Risk Management designations
• FINRA licenses 7, 63, and 24 (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor KRIs/KPIs and automate calculations.
• Collaborate across Risk and lines of business to document risks and controls.
• Communicate with business units to ensure data integrity and reporting.
• Improve enterprise risk management processes and governance.
