Job summary

Veridian Credit Union seeks a Manager of Enterprise Risk Management to lead the ERM, TPM, and BCM programs. You will oversee risk identification, assessment, and reporting across all units, partnering with IT security to address cyber risks and reporting to the Board.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 5+ years in financial services. Hybrid work in Waterloo/Cedar Falls, IA with travel limited.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of work experience in a financial institution or equivalent.
• Fluent computer skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of ERM, TPM, and BCM frameworks and procedures.
• Oversee risk identification, assessment, and prioritization across units.
• Partner with senior leadership and the Board to refine risk appetite statements annually.
