Job summary

Golden State is seeking a Manager to lead a comprehensive risk management and compliance program within the Legal team. The role oversees enterprise risk, insurance programs, and strategic risk guidance for leadership, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer.

Based onsite in San Francisco, CA, you will coordinate with multiple departments to strengthen frameworks, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory alignment across sports and entertainment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in risk/compliance roles within sports, events, or entertainment industries.
• PRM certification is a plus; strong insurance and claims background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise risk management framework and compliance strategy.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Security, and other teams to identify risks and mitigation.
• Review contracts, partnerships, and financing agreements for coverage and exposure.
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls and training programs.
• Lead liaison with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders.
