Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL, is seeking an Enterprise Risk Analyst II to support and advance its enterprise risk management program through independent analysis, stakeholder engagement, risk identification and governance support.

The role requires a proactive individual able to synthesize complex information and develop meaningful recommendations for leadership, while maintaining risk inventories, policy governance, and regulatory intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, business analysis, governance, healthcare operations, or related field.
• Experience with ERM frameworks, governance activities, and executive reporting preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise risk inventories and risk registers.
• Independently analyze enterprise risks and recommend prioritization and mitigation strategies.
• Assist in implementing enterprise risk management technology platforms.
• Support policy governance, regulatory intelligence, and governance documentation.
• Prepare executive risk reports and dashboards for governance forums and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal, and IT to improve risk governance.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.Preferred ExperienceExperience with ERM frameworks, audit, compliance, process improvement, healthcare operations, governance activities, and executive reporting.Exposure to risk assessment methodologies and/or governance frameworks.Responsibilities:Risk Information Management & Program DevelopmentDevelop and maintain enterprise risk inventories, risk registers, and related risk management documentation.Independently analyze enterprise risks and recommend risk prioritization, mitigation strategies, and process improvements.Support the implementation and administration of enterprise risk management technology platforms used to centralize risk, compliance, audit, regulatory, and control information.Support development of data structures, workflows, reporting capabilities, and governance processes that align with the organization's Enterprise Risk Management framework.Enterprise Policy Governance & Regulatory IntelligenceManage and continuously improve the enterprise policy governance program, including policy lifecycle management, governance processes, and related documentation.Develop and maintain regulatory requirement inventories and related governance documentation.Monitor and analyze regulatory changes, emerging risks, and industry developments to identify potential impacts to organizational policies, processes, controls, and operations.Recommend policy, process, and control enhancements to address regulatory requirements and support effective risk governance.Risk Reporting, Governance & Executive CommunicationFacilitate risk assessments and recommend prioritization of risk response activities.Develop and maintain executive communications, including risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for governance forums, leadership teams, and committees.Analyze risk information and prepare materials related to enterprise risks, emerging risks, regulatory developments, mitigation activities, and key risk indicators.Develop ERM communication strategies to build risk awareness.Stakeholder Engagement, Analysis & Continuous ImprovementPartner with business leaders, Internal Audit, Compliance, Information Security, Legal, and operational stakeholders to support enterprise risk management activities.Develop recommendations influencing risk management, compliance and operational decision-makingAnalyze emerging risks and advise business leaders regarding organizational impactsIndependently manage assignments, drive follow-up activities, and provide recommendations that support organizational objectives and business decision-making.Salary Range$63,377.60 - $96,699.20Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role.
