Job summary

UFCU is seeking a Responsible AI Lead in Austin, TX to establish and operationalize enterprise AI governance and risk management across all AI solutions. You will ensure AI is deployed safely, ethically, and effectively, aligning governance with business strategy and reporting to the VP Data & AI.

• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into policies, controls, and tests.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and operationalize enterprise AI risk management and Responsible AI framework across the full lifecycle.
• Monitor evolving laws and standards and translate updates into internal policy and playbooks.
• Define enterprise decision rights for AI adoption to ensure governance across lines.
• Embed governance into SDLC, vendor management, validation, and change management.
