R2 Global is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own reporting, GL and BA activities across multiple Acumatica-enabled entities. You will partner with finance and operations to map current processes into actionable requirements and configuration changes, ensuring clean rollouts for newly acquired businesses.

You will sit with a team of four admins and report to the CFO who led the Acumatica implementation.

Competenze

• Hands-on Acumatica experience on the finance side.

• Comfortable working between finance, operations and systems.

I’m working with a commercial speciality contractor that has been in the market for over 40 years. They cover territories across the US, and they’ve grown without losing the family feel. People stick around, there’s plenty of banter in the office, and the socials run from appreciation dinners to shooting range outings.

They’re buying companies at pace and rolling each one onto a single Acumatica instance. That makes for a complex multi-entity setup, and they now want a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own the reporting, GL and BA side of it.

What you’d be doing:

• Building and maintaining the reporting and dashboards leadership runs the business on
• Looking after the GL setup across entities as new acquisitions come on
• Bringing each acquired business onto Acumatica cleanly
• Sitting with finance and operations, mapping how things run today and turning that into requirements and configuration changes
• Tidying up the systems around Acumatica, starting with several tools all posting journal entries into the GL

The main frustration over the last year has been a lack of visibility and too many surprises. This role fixes that by making the numbers trustworthy and the reporting consistent, so leadership sees what’s coming.

You’d work alongside a team of four admins and report to the CFO, who led the original Acumatica implementation.
