Job summary

Venteon is seeking a Business Analyst to drive process improvements and ERP optimization with a strong emphasis on PLEX ERP within a manufacturing environment in Cincinnati, OH. You will partner with operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and IT to maximize system utilization and enable growth.

The role requires hands-on PLEX ERP experience, strong knowledge of MRP, BOMs, production scheduling, and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting and optimizing PLEX ERP is required.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including MRP, BOMs, production scheduling, inventory management, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis, process improvement, and ERP support activities with a primary focus on PLEX ERP.
• Work with operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and IT teams to maximize system utilization and support growth.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT for ERP initiatives, focusing on PLEX ERP.
• Lead requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and implementation of ERP system enhancements.
• Configure, maintain, and support PLEX ERP modules including production, inventory management, purchasing, quality, shop floor control, and HR.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data queries to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors.
• Support ERP upgrades, integrations, implementations, and data migration initiatives.
